    Readiness and design validation

    WHAT WE LEAD

    Design review of the cluster, fabric, power and cooling. Site readiness against the delivery date. Vendor scopes and the interfaces between them.

    Build leadership

    Program management across vendors and contractors. Installation, cabling and power-on. Daily issue resolution on site.

    Burn-in

    Fabric bring-up. Sustained stress testing of compute, memory and network. Fault isolation and vendor replacements.

    A stable cluster through burn-in, with a record of every fault and fix.
