Operators sign for megawatts and hardware, often with milestones tied to their financing. The experience needed to turn that into a working cluster sits mostly inside a few hyperscale teams.

We started Tensor Advisory Group to close that gap. We bring hyperscale deployment leadership to the operators building the next wave of AI clusters, and we stay until production workloads are running.
