01What we collect

We collect only what you give us. The introduction form asks for your name, company, work email, cluster size, current stage and target live date. The playbook form asks for your name, company, work email and role. If you email us, we receive whatever you include.

We do not ask for sensitive information, such as health or financial details, and ask that you do not send it.

02How we collect it

Directly from you, when you submit a form, book a meeting or email us.

Our website analytics do not use cookies and record visits in aggregate only. They do not identify you.

03Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare for and hold an introductory meeting, send the playbook or tell you when it is ready, and keep the site running and secure.

We do not add you to a newsletter or use your details for unrelated marketing.

04Who we share it with

Service providers who handle it on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, form processing and spam protection), Resend (emailing form submissions to our team), Airtable (storing form submissions), Google Calendar appointment scheduling (booking, only if you choose to book) and Plausible (cookieless, aggregate analytics).

Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

05Storage, security and retention

Submissions are stored with the providers above, and only our team can access them. We keep them for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless we are working together.

06Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Google may set cookies needed to complete a booking, and only loads when you open the booking step.

07Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

08California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, in the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, email address), professional information (company, role) and information about your project (cluster size, stage, target date). We collect it from you, for the purposes in section 3.

We have not sold or shared personal information in the past 12 months, and we do not do so.

You have the right to know what we hold, to delete it, to correct it and not to be treated differently for using these rights. To make a request, email us. We confirm your identity by checking you control the email address on file. An authorised agent may make a request with your written permission.

09Complaints

Please contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
