    Integrated master schedule

    Facility dependencies, hardware deliveries, installation, cabling, burn-in and acceptance in one schedule. Built in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or your own system.

    Look-aheads and critical path

    30, 60 and 90-day look-aheads, critical-path tracking, and early warning when a dependency starts to slip.

    Progress measurement

    Racks installed, links cabled and nodes through burn-in, measured against the rail map and test results rather than taken from contractor reports.

    Cost and commitments

    Budget, committed spend and forecast to complete, with vendor milestone payments tracked against delivered work.

    Risk and issue register

    Every risk with an owner, a date and a mitigation, reviewed weekly.

    Change control

    Scope changes logged, costed and approved before work proceeds.

    Reporting

    A weekly program report, and milestone evidence packs for investors and lenders.
